Develop young talent through apprenticeship<\/h2>\n \n

We believe strongly in passing down our knowledge of metrology to the next generation. In many cases, classroom training for metrology doesn\u2019t exist and must be done in the laboratory. Every year, we recruit dozens of apprentices in all domains, such as engineers, metrology technicians, customer service representatives or support functions so that they can take part in on-the-field training as they finish their studies.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

An apprenticeship is only the first step. We aim to recruit as many of our apprentices as we can at the end of their training. Apprentices who started at Trescal have gone on to have decades-long careers with us as they become laboratory managers, technical directors or even human resources directors.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n
