At Trescal, we aim to be an exemplary company.<\/p>\n

In particular, respect of the law and of our Ethical Principles \u2013 Integrity, Courage, Respect and Transparency \u2013 are essential. We recognize that from time to time there may be things that go wrong or where there is room for improvement. The quicker we know, the quicker we can take corrective measures.<\/p>\n

Trescal\u2019s Ethics Committee oversees all ethics-related issues. Anyone can contact this committee via Trescal\u2019s anonymous Integrity Line, managed by a third-party to ensure confidentiality.<\/p>\n\n

Our Leadership Team<\/h2>\n \n

The Executive Committee, Group Directors and geographic General Managers make up our Global Steering Committee. Together, they determine the major strategies of the company and the Group, monitor the implementation of those strategies and protect its corporate assets.<\/p>\n

They play a key role in our ESG strategy by allocating adequate resources to implement initiatives across the business. During their quarterly meetings, they ensure oversight by reviewing ESG programs and performance.<\/p>\n\n

Independently-certified Transparency<\/h2>\n \n

Trescal is dedicated to making progress every day towards the environmental, social and governance commitments we have made so that we can contribute to a better world.<\/p>\n

We provide information on our performance with complete independence and transparency. We conduct sustainability audits every year with third-party ratings agencies so that we can measure our progress and determine areas for improvement.<\/p>\n

This assessment covers five of our largest geographies and a sixth geographic zone that changes yearly so that we can ensure compliance as much as possible throughout our vast network of over 400 laboratories.<\/p>\n

We publish their findings and update our five-year roadmap in our yearly ESG report. We also provide the independent assessment report upon request.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n
